In Memoriam: S.G.I.G. Charles G. Smith, 33°

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the transition of Sovereign Grand Inspector General Charles G. Smith, 33°, who went from Labor to Reward on June 29, 2026.
A devoted leader of L.D. Easton Consistory No. 21 – Valley of Columbus, S.G.I.G. Smith served with unwavering dignity, wisdom, and love for the Scottish Rite Masonry. His legacy of mentorship, service, and fraternal excellence will forever remain in our hearts.
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God.
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” — Isaiah 41:10
A Celebration of Life announcement will be shared soon.
We ask that you keep The Smith Family, the Fraters of L.D. Easton Consistory No. 21, and the entire Prince Hall Masonic Family lifted in prayer during this time of remembrance and reflection.
🕊️ May his works speak for him.
